  • Applications are reviewed within 3 -5 business days for the following criteria


  1. Qualifications based off resume. Please be sure your resume is up to date with accurate information.

  2. Desired salary vs. PSCU starting salary range

  3. Schedule availability vs. branch needs

  4. Application Question Responses


  • If you meet the minimum requirements, and there is a position open for the branch & full time/part time status you are looking for, you will receive an email to the email address provided on the application. This email will include a link which can be used to schedule a phone screen at a day and time that is convenient for you. You will receive a follow up email confirmation, which will also provide additional information if a situation occurs that the phone screening needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. If for any reason, the screening needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by us, you would receive an email notification.

  • The phone screen process takes anywhere between 15 to 25 minutes. The screen contains a series of questions to get to know you, your past work experiences, and help us better determine if you are a good candidate for the position.

  • A credit check is required prior to continuing in the hiring process. This is something that is discussed more in depth during the phone screen process.

  • Some positions may require a Virtual Assessment Test during the screening process. This is a short online test that will give you virtual situations to see what your strengths and weaknesses are in different areas of the position you are applying for.

  •  If selected, you will be contacted by phone to schedule a face to face interview for the position.

Tips for a successful interview

We want you to succeed, so here are a few tips,

  1. Dress for success – This is a professional job, dress should be business professional.

  2. Be prompt – This will be your first impression, please arrive in a timely fashion.

  3. Be prepared – Be ready to answer questions about yourself, have different situations and scenarios ready.

  4. Be yourself! – We know, interviews can be a little scary, but just be you.
