​​*This program runs from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The Refer a Friend program is open to current Public Service Credit Union members in good standing. Referrals must result in a new member opening a qualifying PSCU account. The referred individual must identify the referring member by providing the referring member’s full name and email address within 30 days of joining the credit union. To qualify, new members aged 18+ must meet one of the following requirements: Set up Direct Deposit or Open an eligible loan. Youth accounts (ages 0–17) qualify by either: Setting up Direct Deposit or Making a minimum $100 initial deposit. New members must maintain their account in good standing to qualify. Referring members are subject to verification by PSCU. Self-referrals are not eligible. Referrals made to existing PSCU members are invalid. Members are not eligible to receive a referral incentive for any account in which they are considered an owner, including situations where an existing member is added as a joint owner. Referring members will receive $75 per eligible referral, subject to program limits. Referral rewards will be credited to the referring member’s primary savings account within 60 days after all eligibility requirements are met and verified. Employees of Public Service Credit Union are not eligible to participate. Reward payments may be considered taxable income. Annual payments totaling $600 or more may be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC, as required by law. Members are responsible for any applicable taxes. Membership eligibility requirements apply.
