More Features for a Better App

Mobile Deposits

If you have our iPhone or an Android app, you’ll also have access to mobile deposits. Simply take a picture of your check using the camera feature within our app, submit the dollar amount and your check will be automatically submitted for deposit*. No need to send in the check – just keep until it clears, then securely destroy.

*Mobile deposits are only authorized on qualifying accounts and must be endorsed with the following written on the back: "For PSCU RDC only". Deposits are subject to hold requirements. See credit union for details. 

Quick Balance

This new feature in the Mobile Banking app allows you to see your balance and last few transactions without fully logging in to Online Banking. You can simply have your quick balance and last few transactions pop up when you open the app.  If you want to enable this fast and secure feature, log in to your app and click on Settings. You’ll then find the Quick Balance settings menu.

Bio-Metric Authentication

If your mobile device has bio-metric authentication (Touch ID/Face ID) capabilities, you’ll want to make sure you enable it on the PSCU app. This feature allows you to login to Mobile Banking instantly, with a quick scan of your face or fingerprint. It can also replace one-time passwords when an extra layer of security is needed for certain transactions.

MyCard

MyCard is a mobile app that gives you control of when and how your cards are used. Once the app has been downloaded, log into your PSCUnow Mobile App and select “more” from the top right part of the screen. Choose “Card Management”.

Register your PSCU debit cards. Once registered, set the controls and alerts listed below.

MyCard lets you control your card with:

  • -  Turn any card on, off, and back on again.

  • Location limits -  Set GPS location limits to define where the card can be used, blocking out-of-area use attempts.

  • Transactions and merchant-type preferences provide enhanced spending oversight.

  • Threshold settings adjust spending limits in real time.

  • In-application notifications provide card activity alerts in near real-time

  • Location alerts advise when card usage attempts conflict with selected preferences

  • Usage alerts let you know an unapproved transaction or merchant type is attempted

  • Limit alerts warn you when transactions exceed thresholds

  • Touch ID and Passcode allow for quick card access.
